In order to proceed with your reservation, a signed travel contract and required deposit must be submitted. Once completed, please email your contract to snsllc@snsevents.org.

All payments are final and non-refundable, with no refunds or exchanges permitted.

If you elect to purchase travel insurance, refunds may be available only in accordance with the specific airline and/or resort terms and conditions. Please note that SNS processing fees and the cost of travel insurance are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
